Founded by New York native and Denver-based designer, Studio126 was built on the belief that great design begins with connection.

Known for its soulful, modern, and timeless aesthetic, the studio brings depth, honesty, and warmth to every project—whether occupied or vacant.

Rooted in the psychology of selling, we go beyond styling to understand how people feel in a space. Every decision is made through a buyer’s eyes, crafting visual stories that spark imagination and connection. From a mirror’s angle to a kitchen vignette, each detail is intentional, helping potential buyers envision their own lives unfolding within the home.

Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. We intentionally source a handful of secondhand treasures and vintage finds—giving them new life through modern design. The result is a balance of old and new, creating spaces that feel both timeless and current.

Every project reflects our belief that beauty, purpose, and consciousness can coexist—making every house feel like it was always meant to be home.

Founder, Head Designer:

I started Studio126 to bring a sense of home into an industry that often felt black and white. I always believed design should tell stories people can feel. My work is about creating spaces that balance soul with sophistication — homes that speak to both the heart and the eye.

My path to design started early — rearranging my childhood bedroom, dreaming up floor plans on The Sims, and later, building a career in retail management. That experience deepened my understanding of growth, psychology, and how people connect with their environments. Blending that insight with design made my brain — and heart — feel right at home.

My approach is honest and human. I meet every client where they are, believing that selling or redesigning a home is deeply personal. Studio126 was built on the idea that every space deserves to feel lived in — even when it’s staged.
